We invite a talented Salesforce Developer to be part of our dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in the design, development, and enhancement of applications on the Salesforce platform, particularly focusing on Service Cloud. Your technical expertise will be crucial in delivering impactful solutions that elevate the client experience. You will collaborate closely with clients based in the US and internal teams to translate their requirements into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with US-based clients to assess their Service Cloud needs and offer expert advice on best practices and effective solutions.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to meet client-specific business processes and objectives.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all modifications to ensure a comprehensive repository and SOP guides for the support team.
- Develop tailored solutions utilizing Apex, LWC, and Visualforce to enhance Service Cloud functionality.
- Facilitate seamless integration between Service Cloud and other Salesforce clouds or external applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Service Cloud issues, providing timely and effective support.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and Service Cloud updates to leverage new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Engage in code reviews and contribute to the establishment of best practices.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- In-depth expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud features, capabilities, and best practices, with the ability to utilize out-of-the-box solutions for optimal efficiency.
