There’s nothing more gratifying than knowing your efforts are changing a child's life. As a Mid-Level ABA Supervisor at FirstSteps, you will play a vital role in helping children articulate their first words, form friendships, succeed in classrooms, and develop a love for learning.
Role Overview:
A Mid-Level ABA Supervisor at FirstSteps possesses the necessary clinical expertise to assist in managing cases under the guidance of our certified BCBAs. Initially, you will engage directly with children receiving services to become acquainted with our compassionate ABA model. Following this, you will participate in our extensive training program, designed to elevate your skills alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry. Post-training, your responsibilities will include aiding BCBAs with case management, overseeing center-based operations, leading social skills groups, collaborating with caregivers, analyzing client data, and supporting the professional growth of our RBT instructors.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in case management and clinical supervision.
- Lead and manage social skills groups for children.
- Support and train RBT instructors in their clinical development.
- Analyze client progress data to inform treatment strategies.
- Foster collaborative relationships with caregivers for effective treatment outcomes.
