Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Meta & Google Ads Specialist to spearhead, execute, and refine high-impact paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for devising campaign strategies, targeting audiences, monitoring performance, and optimizing budgets to maximize ROI and lead generation.
This position is well-suited for performance marketing professionals with expertise in paid media buying and data-driven campaign optimization, who thrive in fast-paced international environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize campaigns focusing on lead generation, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives as necessary.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager to analyze campaign metrics.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Execute A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages.
- Deliver performance reports along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement.
- Manage advertising budgets to ensure alignment with performance targets.
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing campaigns for lead generation, sales, or e-commerce conversions.
- Strong grasp of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights for campaign enhancements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote work settings.
- Prior experience with SaaS, e-commerce, marketing agencies, or B2B companies is a significant advantage.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint would be beneficial.
