The Branded Merchandise team, a vital part of our Marketing department, is on the lookout for a skilled Merchandise Manager to spearhead merchandise initiatives. This role primarily focuses on international logistics, procurement, and supply planning. You will be tasked with ensuring the prompt sourcing, delivery, and availability of branded merchandise across various regions worldwide. This position presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from diverse functions and locations, managing projects that significantly influence the perception of the JetBrains brand among the developer community and our internal stakeholders.
This role emphasizes educational projects, where you will work alongside our Education department to support a vibrant and dedicated audience of students across campuses, competitions, and universities, furthering our goal of enhancing learning and fostering industry growth. Your responsibilities will include managing a vast network of international suppliers, often situated in emerging markets with distinctive logistical challenges, overseeing end-to-end logistics flows, and ensuring our warehouses are adequately stocked based on demand and planning forecasts.
The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong sense of ownership, meticulous attention to detail in procurement processes, expertise in navigating complex global logistics, and the capability to meet custom merchandise requirements. As a Merchandise Manager, you will oversee the complete merchandise lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and vendors, and timely project execution.
