Who We Are Looking For:
We are in search of a seasoned, hands-on Partner Sales Leader to spearhead and elevate our go-to-market strategies in the MENA region. This pivotal role is tailored for someone who excels in both strategy and execution, actively engaging with key VAR and VAD partners on a daily basis. You will also coordinate regional opportunities with MSP and GSI partners. Your responsibilities will encompass crafting the regional partner strategy, achieving revenue targets, enhancing partner relationships, and facilitating scalable growth through repeatable sales processes and bundled service offerings. This position is ideal for a commercial leader who is equally adept at setting strategic direction and working on the ground. Initially, you will lead a select group of 4+ established VAR partners in an overlay capacity, with the potential for team expansion.
Your Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement Go-to-Market strategies and execution plans.
- Identify priority markets, partner profiles, and high-potential sales and service offerings.
- Define and deploy sales strategies, commercial models, and performance KPIs to drive scalable growth with your partners.
