Position Overview:
As a Member Services Associate, you will be a vital part of our team, directly impacting the care and services provided to our members. You will serve as the primary point of contact, establishing the initial connection with our members and ensuring they have a positive experience as they access our services. Your responsibilities will include connecting members with the appropriate care teams, scheduling services, addressing inquiries, and troubleshooting telehealth issues, while also collaborating with community partners, pharmacies, and laboratories. Your role is essential in guiding our members through the services offered by Better Life Partners and ensuring they receive timely assistance.
