Your Role
As a Medior Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Feature Development: Design and implement services and user interfaces that address the complex logic of Dutch employment law, including compliance checks and payment flows.
- Ownership: Take charge of your components from design to deployment, collaborating with Product Managers to understand requirements and driving the implementation process.
- Complex Problem Solving: Engage with challenging domains that require an understanding of CAO compliance, phase systems, benefit calculations, and multi-entity payroll logic.
- Performance Optimization: Identify system bottlenecks and enhance efficiency to support our rapid growth while focusing on scalability.
- Skill Development: Work closely with senior engineers who will mentor you, and participate in training, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving sessions.
