Your Role within Our Ecosystem
You will become an integral part of one of our three agile teams in the Product Development Department. Your team will include a Product Owner, Tech Lead, Project Manager, and Embedded Developers, all collaborating to design abstract protocols and modules aimed at building a robust and interchangeable software platform for our Building Automation solutions.

The Importance of Your Role
As an End-to-End QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our next-generation Building Automation system meets customer expectations. You will help shape and implement a testing strategy that emphasizes real-world value, addressing a product line that integrates embedded software, hardware interfaces, network communication, and cloud services. Working alongside the QA Lead, you will establish system-level QA strategies and introduce efficient QA processes that enhance delivery speed without compromising quality. Your contributions will be vital in validating the system's performance in real customer scenarios.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with domain experts and development teams to identify system-level testing requirements, whether for new features or existing coverage gaps.
- Document findings in comprehensive test plans, adopting a risk-based approach.
- Execute the testing plan, collaborating with your team to determine what aspects to automate.
- Keep stakeholders updated on execution plans and outcomes.
