Job Description
We are seeking an individual with deep expertise in programmatic media to lead and develop a team of analysts (senior and mid-level), integrating our digital media specialists with direct interface with the LATAM hub. This professional will play a crucial role in managing programmatic media campaigns focused on branding, generating strategic insights, controlling campaign finances, and maintaining direct client interaction. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership, proactivity, adaptability, and negotiation skills. Intermediate to advanced English or Spanish is required for communication and negotiation with global teams and partners.
