- Designing innovative computational engineering challenges that replicate actual engineering workflows;
- Formulating problems that necessitate Python programming for solving engineering calculations and simulations;
- Ensuring tasks are computationally demanding and require the application of numerical methods or iterative solutions;
- Creating problems that involve system design, optimization, and analysis;
- Grounding problems in real-world research challenges or practical applications derived from engineering practices;
- Validating solutions using Python with standard engineering libraries;
- Clearly documenting problem statements and providing verified correct solutions.
Candidate Profile
This opportunity is ideal for engineers experienced in Python who are open to engaging in part-time, non-permanent projects. Ideally, candidates will possess:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
- Proficiency in Python for numerical validation. Experience with MATLAB, R, C, SQL, Numpy, Pandas, SciPy, or other domain-specific libraries is also acceptable;
- At least 2 years of professional experience, whether in applied work, research, or teaching;
- An understanding of practical engineering constraints and approximations;
- Strong written English skills (C1 or higher);
- Professional certifications (e.g., CMME, SAS Certifications, CAP) and experience in international or applied projects are advantageous.
Application Process
Apply → Pass qualification(s) → Join a project → Complete tasks → Receive compensation.
