This role involves the design, testing, and implementation of Neutron's structures and components, including the innovative Archimedes engines and launch facilities across the United States. Be part of this groundbreaking venture as we prepare to launch Neutron for the very first time.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As a Mechanical Development Intern, you will actively participate in a variety of development tasks spanning systems engineering, detailed design, and qualification testing of flight hardware. This position will focus on mechanical and fluid systems related to tank closure and propellant feed hardware for both Stage 1 and 2 of the Neutron rocket. Collaboration with our engineering team is essential, offering you the opportunity to take on significant responsibilities and contribute to Rocket Lab's ambitious goals.
