As the MDM Integration Lead, you will spearhead the vision, strategy, and operational excellence of our global Master Data Management (MDM) process across over 100 countries. You will be responsible for the complete process design, execution, transformation, and continuous enhancement across various business units, regions, and Shared Services within a matrix environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Global Process Strategy
- Own and enhance the global end-to-end MDM process framework in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Promote standardization, global scalability, and harmonization while addressing local regulatory and governance requirements.
- Create global MDM policies, data standards, KPIs, data taxonomies, frameworks, and governance models.
2. Transformation Leadership
- Design and facilitate major transformation initiatives (ERP migrations, digital core, AI-driven automation, GBS expansions).
- Integrate innovations such as RPA, AI/ML data cleansing, process mining, and automated validation rules.
- Act as the executive sponsor for cross-functional initiatives impacting MDM.
- Serve as a key stakeholder in the selection and implementation of ERP, MDM platforms, PIM solutions, and other standardized systems.
3. Performance & Value Delivery
- Establish global metrics and value frameworks for data quality, completeness, accuracy, and performance.
- Drive efforts towards cost optimization, efficiency, cycle time reduction, and service quality.
- Identify opportunities for improvement through analytics, feedback, and benchmarking.
- Enhance Finance’s operational performance as a strategic business partner.
- Support GBS adoption and expansion by defining data service portfolios and catalogs.
4. Governance & Risk Management
- Develop a robust governance structure to ensure global compliance (SOX, GDPR, data privacy, audit requirements).
- Manage escalation paths, change control, and MDM risk frameworks.
- Report on data quality, governance maturity, and process performance to leadership with strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with Risk Management, Internal Controls, and auditors to meet compliance and risk needs.
- Work with corporate functions, IT, country leadership, and Shared Services to maintain strong governance and high-quality master data.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders globally.
- Lead global process councils, data governance committees, and communities of practice.
6. People Leadership & Capability Building
- Build and manage a global network of Regional Process Owners, Data Stewards, Local Data Leads, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Encourage a culture of stewardship, continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity.
