Your Role:
The Material Handler in our Paint Department is responsible for efficiently loading quality materials onto the paint line and operates under the guidance of the Paint Department Manager. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals seeking to build a rewarding career within a leading industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport material from the pretreatment line using buggies.
- Identify defective materials and ensure proper disposal in accordance with the tagging system.
- Inspect metal for quality assurance, verifying order numbers, piece counts, and colors.
- Load metal onto the paint line, optimizing exposure and maximizing the use of hanger bars.
- Unload painted metal from the paint line and prepare it for transport to designated staging areas.
