As part of the Loyalty department, you will join a team dedicated to enhancing the marketing performance of the ALL Accor loyalty program for business travelers and event organizers in a B2B environment.
Your mission:
Digital Marketing:
- Assist in promoting the ALL Accor program across various digital touchpoints.
- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and offers targeted at business travelers and event organizers (content creation, management, and updates).
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of implemented campaigns.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support the team daily with project tracking, management, implementation, and performance analysis.
- Engage and assist B2B Sales teams and Loyalty program in the regions (communication, problem-solving, ad-hoc requests, etc.).
- Create impactful materials to promote the program internally and externally.
- Assist in preparing performance reviews with clients and external partners (PowerPoint presentations, coordination, etc.).
- Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis.
