About the Role
As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you will ensure the seamless operation of Enter's marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing logistics and execution for Enter’s events, from internal functions to large-scale gatherings, while supporting day-to-day marketing operations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the event strategy for Enter, both internal and external
- Manage vendors (builders, agencies, venues) from briefing through delivery
- Coordinate guest lists, communications, and event logistics
- Assist with ad-hoc marketing operations requirements — material production, content organization, and other necessary tasks
