The Role
We are on the lookout for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the systems, processes, and insights that fuel Atlan’s go-to-market strategy.
This pivotal role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and analytics. You will oversee our marketing technology stack, streamline lead generation and campaign operations, drive our Account-Based Experience (ABX) strategy, and provide essential analytics to inform strategic decision-making. Your contributions will ensure that every marketing investment, campaign, and lead translates into substantial growth.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Systems & Automation
Take ownership of and optimize our marketing technology stack (including HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, and other relevant tools) to guarantee seamless integration and accurate data flow.
Collaborate with the GTM Systems and RevOps teams to enhance workflows between marketing and sales.
Performance & Insights
Create and maintain dashboards that monitor pipeline generation, campaign ROI, and funnel efficiency.
Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights to guide budget allocation and strategic direction.
ABX Strategy & Execution
Collaborate with the broader GTM team to design, operationalize, and scale Atlan’s Account-Based Experience (ABX) initiatives, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Utilize fit, intent, and engagement data to identify target accounts and orchestrate personalized, multi-channel campaigns.
