Position Overview:
As a member of our dynamic Marketing team, you will amplify our brand presence across targeted markets. Engaging customers through integrated campaigns, you will communicate Flagright’s narrative, accelerate pipeline growth, and facilitate customer recognition of our value through strategic and impactful initiatives.
We are looking for a Marketing Ops & Analytics Manager to architect and manage the operational framework that supports our growth. In this role, you will establish measurement protocols for marketing, ensure seamless data flow across systems, and create, track, and analyze pipeline performance throughout the entire funnel.
Your focus will be on enabling data-driven decision-making. You will design frameworks, enforce standards, and enhance visibility for Marketing and Sales to operate with clarity and accountability. Your responsibilities will include bringing structure, upholding data integrity, and ensuring marketing performance aligns with real pipeline impact rather than superficial metrics.
