Role Overview
As the Marketing Lead for Canva Print, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our strategy for one of the fastest-growing sectors, with a focus on key markets such as the US, Canada, and Australia. This 12-month parental leave cover offers a remarkable opportunity to lead in a high-impact role, ensuring we maintain our momentum through 2026.
Reporting directly to Canva’s Global Head of Consumer Marketing, you will be responsible for the comprehensive marketing strategy and execution for Canva Print, collaborating closely with the Product and Marketing teams to achieve cohesive and integrated outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead Canva Print’s marketing strategy across priority markets and channels, establishing clear priorities, planning cycles, and measurable outcomes.
- Manage the promotional strategies and content initiatives to boost awareness, drive adoption, and encourage repeat purchases.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product teams to execute impactful go-to-market launches for new Print products and updates.
- Identify growth opportunities across the entire customer journey, from intent to conversion and retention.
- Leverage performance data and insights to optimize results, inform forecasting, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Enhance marketing foundations, playbooks, and operational processes to facilitate scalable growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, planning, and multi-channel execution.
- Experience in marketing eCommerce or marketplace-type products; exposure to print or physical products is a plus.
- A proactive and ownership-driven operator who excels in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Customer-focused, data-driven, and passionate about experimentation and optimization.
- Located in Sydney, with flexible arrangements aligned with team needs.
