• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver a cohesive view of the marketing funnel — from prospect outreach through to patient intake.
• Detect trends, patterns, and irregularities in referral data, campaign performance, and patient acquisition metrics.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure data consistency and alignment across platforms.
• Establish regular reporting schedules that align with marketing and business planning cycles.
• Develop and implement data governance protocols including naming conventions, field validation rules, and input standards to ensure data integrity.
