Your Role
As a valued member of Offshore Launch, you will be placed in a unique position within a client’s company, developing long-term partnerships that foster mutual success. You will be employed full-time by the client while receiving continuous support from our agency, including:

About the Client
The client is in search of a Marketing & Content Operations Manager to establish and optimize an effective marketing framework. This pivotal role will focus on lead generation through the transformation of content and assets into a cohesive, data-driven strategy that attracts contractors and stimulates engagement.
Responsibilities
- Edit and repurpose long-form videos for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Oversee the content calendar to ensure timely publishing across all channels.
- Develop optimized titles, descriptions, and calls to action tailored for each platform.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like YouTube Studio and deliver actionable insights.
- Create and maintain marketing funnels from content to lead magnets to bookings.
- Design and optimize email marketing campaigns surrounding webinars and launches.
- Coordinate logistics for podcasts and webinars to ensure seamless execution.
- Document workflows and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency.
