About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Pavago as a Marketing Automation Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the design, execution, and enhancement of automated marketing campaigns. Your expertise will help manage workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and performance reporting across various marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure that all campaigns are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with sales targets to achieve measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
Automation Workflows:
- Develop and refine automated nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and triggered workflows to optimize customer engagement.
- Establish lead scoring criteria to prioritize high-value prospects effectively.
- Conduct thorough testing of workflow logic to guarantee seamless operation.
Email Marketing:
- Create, test, and deploy engaging email campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
- Perform A/B testing on subject lines, copy, design, and CTAs to enhance open and click rates.
- Ensure that email templates are responsive, accessible, and consistent with our brand identity.
CRM & Sales Collaboration:
- Integrate automation platforms with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zoho) for effective lead routing.
- Work closely with sales teams to facilitate timely and qualified lead handoffs.
- Monitor campaign engagement and track attribution to revenue generation.
Data Management & Segmentation:
- Maintain and clean lead databases, ensuring the removal of duplicates and outdated contacts.
- Segment leads based on persona, industry, geography, or behavior for targeted marketing efforts.
- Adhere to compliance regulations including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Evaluate campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, revenue impact).
- Generate insightful dashboards in HubSpot, Marketo, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on platform advancements and automation best practices.
- Proactively recommend optimizations to enhance ROI and operational efficiency.
