Beweging 3.0 is seeking a Marketing and Communication Advisor who will strategically contribute to the development of our brand within the Home Services sector and the Welzin label. This role involves ensuring clear positioning, recognizable communication, and visibility towards residents, informal caregivers, partners, and our own organization.
Your Responsibilities
As part of the team, you will focus on both strategic and practical communication for all initiatives aimed at supporting residents in living independently and with quality at home. Consider aspects like neighborhood support, well-being, prevention, and support for informal caregivers.
Developing and refining the positioning of home services and Welzin, including core messages, brand values, and recognizable formats.
Translating our direction into communication strategies and annual plans that foster growth, awareness, and trust.
Analyzing target groups and communication channels, applying these insights to create effective campaigns.
Enhancing digital visibility through the development of online channels and accessible content for diverse audiences.
Highlighting stories from the community, including those of residents, informal caregivers, volunteers, and colleagues, with a focus on impact and authenticity.
Advising project leaders and management on communication strategies related to social issues and change initiatives.
Ensuring brand consistency while coordinating resources and campaigns that contribute to a recognizable and cohesive identity.
Strengthening internal communication to ensure that teams are well-connected, understand our messaging, and know what they can build upon communicatively.
Monitoring internal and external developments and translating them into tactical and strategic communication policies.
Taking on the role of project leader for organization-wide communication projects when necessary.
