Job Summary
We are in search of a skilled and driven Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and manage a team of assemblers in the production of structural component frames for data centers. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in carpentry and mechanical assembly, demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, and have a comprehensive understanding of assembly procedures, quality standards, safety protocols, and production output requirements. This role necessitates active involvement in day-to-day operations, coordination of team activities, and a firm commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the assembly team.
- Delegate tasks, track progress, and ensure assemblies adhere to production timelines and quality standards.
- Provide hands-on support in the assembly process as required.
- Interpret assembly drawings, ensuring team compliance with specifications and procedures.
- Create detailed work instructions for assembly stations.
- Train new hires on assembly techniques, tool usage, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Inspect work completed by team members for accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control checklists.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper usage and storage of tools and materials.
