About the Role
We are excited to invite a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in launching a state-of-the-art, high-volume injection molding facility. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Plant Manager to design and operationalize molding cells, select and commission equipment, and engineer production lines to achieve optimal yield and uptime from the outset.
This position requires a hands-on approach and a focus on execution. You will be tasked with engineering complete molding cells, encompassing material handling, press automation, and part packaging—not merely optimizing individual processes. The ideal candidate will have experience launching automated molding lines in dynamic, high-mix environments and will be adept at managing throughput, quality, and cycle time comprehensively.
