Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge or training in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
About the Role:
The Manufacturing Engineer plays a crucial role in developing, enhancing, and documenting manufacturing processes within the Situational and Awareness Value Stream. This position utilizes technical skills to optimize production processes and provides hands-on technical support for troubleshooting manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of production electro-mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
- Document and refine manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and maintain quality standards.
- Contribute to the design, development, and procurement of new equipment.
- Assist in creating and maintaining work instructions, routers, and process documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
- Develop and enhance production tooling and equipment, including custom-built and off-the-shelf solutions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to address and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and pursue opportunities for technical and professional development.
