From Brighton to Bognor to Belfast, we pride ourselves on our market expertise. As a vital member of this team, you will be instrumental in onboarding the best restaurants in Glasgow and surrounding areas, capitalizing on a significant growth opportunity for Deliveroo. Reporting to the Chinese Category Client Partner, you will be a key player in our regional strategy.
The Role

You will cultivate relationships with new Chinese restaurant partners, enhancing our customer offerings and identifying strategies for rapid growth. Important Note
A valid driving license and access to a car are essential for this role. Candidates must be willing to travel throughout Glasgow and surrounding areas. This position is not a conventional office job, so comfort with being on the road is crucial.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct thorough mapping, prospecting, pitching, and closing of new restaurant partnerships in your region, with an emphasis on local market knowledge, including popular and emerging dining spots.
Engage with restaurant partners in Chinese through various communication channels (in-person visits, emails, calls, social media) to showcase Deliveroo's technology.
Manage the onboarding process for restaurants to ensure a swift and seamless transition.
Support restaurant partners in achieving success within their first eight weeks post-signing.
Enjoy sampling dishes from a variety of high-quality establishments.
Participate in restaurant and food industry meet-ups.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of new restaurants signed each month.
Performance metrics of newly onboarded restaurants within the first three months.
Required Skills
Fluency in Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
Comfort in targeting and engaging new businesses.
Strong relationship-building skills.
