About the Role:
We are in search of a Managing Architect to spearhead intricate technical projects, oversee delivery partners, and guarantee exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance, advising clients, and managing consulting teams.
In this pivotal role, you will scope, sell, and execute projects of varying complexities, including internal BI and embedded analytics solutions. Your advocacy for customers will help identify challenges and product gaps, while your collaboration with internal teams will address these issues. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping product direction and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a technical authority on Omni, addressing the most complex data and architectural challenges faced by clients.
Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects, spanning from SMB to enterprise levels, while balancing timelines, workstreams, and deliverables.
Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, fostering strong, enduring relationships.
Take full ownership of project management and delivery: scope requirements, allocate resources, and coordinate efforts among partners and clients.
Drive successful outcomes by effectively managing consulting and delivery partners.
Establish and document best practices and design patterns for Omni.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to provide user feedback and influence product direction.
Create exceptional customer experiences, build trust-filled advisory relationships, and support data teams in achieving their goals.
About You:
7+ years of experience in technical consulting or project management, preferably within the data domain.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects.
Outstanding communication skills, adept at engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
