We are currently on the lookout for a Manager, Workday Benefits Lead in Technology Enablement within our Consulting practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Workday Benefits Projects that involve strategic planning, implementation support, and optimization of Enterprise Resource Planning in relation to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications.
- Assist in business development efforts including identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and collaborating with KPMG resources from various service lines and industries.
- Lead the daily operations of ERP Advisory engagements across multiple clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project assessments.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of staff working on assigned engagements.
- Manage engagements in accordance with KPMG's financial and cost management policies.
