Role Overview:
As we grow our footprint in the Americas, we are looking for a dynamic Solutions Engineering Manager to spearhead our Mid-Market technical sales initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Mid-Market Sales leadership to identify and nurture opportunities with discerning buyers who are considering Notion as a foundational platform, addressing needs such as integrations with current tech infrastructure, staged rollouts, and compliance with security protocols. This position is essential for achieving technical victories and significantly impacting our sales pipeline and regional growth.
In this role, you and your team will:
Collaborate with AMER Mid-Market Sales leaders and Account Executives to drive technical success across the region.
Create and present engaging, scalable technical demonstrations and proofs of concept tailored for mid-market applications.
Provide expertise on integration, security, and compliance needs common among mid-market clients, coordinating both internal and external resources as necessary.
Document technical insights, compile product feedback, and contribute to our internal knowledge repositories.
Promote Notion’s platform and AI functionalities while providing valuable customer insights to influence our product roadmap.
Key Achievements:
Lead and expand the AMER Mid-Market Solutions Engineering team, focusing on hiring, mentoring, and developing best practices.
Boost win rates and expansion through enhanced technical discovery, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
Shape our go-to-market strategy by collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Experience, Revenue Operations, and Sales Enablement to integrate customer feedback into our product development.
Establish industry-leading demo assets, tools, and narrative strategies to showcase value effectively.
