The Security Dignity Harms Protection Investigation Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that victims of Dignity Harms receive prompt, high-quality support in accordance with global standards. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for providing essential services, including the investigation, reporting, and presentation of cases related to Dignity Harms.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Creating and executing dignity harm prevention and response initiatives that align with international best practices and organizational strategies.
- Implementing victim-centered approaches in all interventions, prioritizing confidentiality, safety, and the empowerment of survivors.
- Facilitating a coordinated multi-sectoral response for victims, integrating medical, legal, psychosocial, and protection services as needed.
- Designing and delivering training programs for staff, volunteers, and community stakeholders focused on dignity harm issues, survivor care, and referral systems.
- Monitoring and assessing program activities to ensure that services address victim needs and achieve objectives.
- Supervising and mentoring dignity harm personnel, providing the necessary tools, training, and support for effective program implementation.
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and adherence to ethical standards.
- Offering technical guidance on dignity harm case management, ensuring adherence to best practices and equipping staff to provide survivor-centered care.
