We are in search of a dynamic sales leader to build, scale, and enhance a team of Small Business Relationship Managers. This role is tailored for individuals who excel at nurturing early-career sales talent, instilling robust sales practices, and guiding teams through product evolution and market changes.
In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in retaining and expanding our customer base while facilitating their transition along the AI journey—from traditional to pioneering.
What will I be doing?
Lead and develop an AI-savvy RM team:
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor Relationship Managers within the Small Business segment.
- Transform representatives into skilled consultative sellers who can confidently present AI-driven solutions.
- Cultivate a culture of curiosity, learning, and continuous improvement as our AI capabilities advance.
- Inspire a commitment to high standards of performance, accountability, and customer-centricity.
Own the business and drive results:
- Take accountability for your team’s revenue, including renewals, expansions, and pipeline generation.
- Implement strong forecasting discipline, deal inspections, and operational excellence at scale.
- Maintain consistent CRM practices and adherence to sales processes.
- Balance immediate execution with long-term team development and overall business health.
