As a pivotal member of our Services Consultant team, you will engage with a diverse array of educational institutions—from small K-12 schools and vocational training providers to prominent public universities. Your role will be crucial in leading the Canvas adoption process through your expertise and commitment to quality service. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Services, and functionally to the APAC Senior Director of Customer Experience, your responsibilities will encompass:
Strategic Project Management: Overseeing the planning and execution of platform adoptions and long-term consulting projects.
Product Optimization: Tailoring Instructure solutions to meet the unique objectives of our clients.
Knowledge Transfer: Creating and delivering customized training resources and live training sessions.
Change Management: Guiding institutions through transitions to enhance platform adoption and improve educational results.
Role Overview
You will serve as the primary leader in operations and process management for service delivery. Your leadership will be characterized by five essential functions:
1. Planning:
Strategizing service offerings and delivery processes aligned with client needs to realize their expected value from adopting Instructure products.
Organizing professional development sessions for service consultants.
Assigning service consultants to balance workload effectively.
2. Leading:
Providing direction through your product and industry knowledge to enhance service delivery.
