Who You Are:
As we accelerate our growth, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead our global strategy for reactivating dormant accounts, identifying new opportunities, and translating marketing momentum into revenue. This leadership role within our Customer Care organization involves building and mentoring a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) while establishing a repeatable process that seamlessly integrates prospecting, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement.
