Base Salary: $52,500 + Profit Sharing

Your Role:
As a Management Trainee, you will navigate through a four-phase program designed to immerse you in every facet of our business operations—from logistics and counter sales to operations management and employee development. You will cultivate customer relationships by managing your own sales territory and delivering exceptional customer service. Throughout this journey, you will receive mentoring and support from experienced managers and team members across Canada, setting you up for a successful management career at EMCO.
Program Overview:
Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service – Gain essential product knowledge and hands-on experience in logistics while engaging in customer service, order management, inventory control, and financial processes.
Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement – Transition from assisting customers to managing significant projects, fostering vendor relationships, and learning to interpret blueprints for accurate material quotations.
Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales – Focus on business development, identifying new opportunities, mastering sales techniques, and nurturing high-level customer partnerships.
Phase 4: Leadership and Operations – Step into a leadership role where you’ll define strategic goals, mentor your team, and drive business success.
Upon completing the training phases, you will be well-prepared to take on managerial responsibilities at one of our Canadian Profit Center locations.
