Program Overview: Gain Comprehensive Business Insight
Duration: 3.5–4 Years
Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service (12 Months)
Engage with the foundational elements of the business.
- Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Develop product knowledge and coordinate with vendors
- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support
- Learn about pricing, credit, financial statements, and logistics
- Understand the flow of products from supplier to customer
Phase 2: Customer Relationships & Procurement (12 Months)
