Your Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive four-phase program aimed at providing you with an in-depth understanding of business operations—from supply chain and operations to sales, leadership, and strategic planning.
This is not just an observational role; you will actively engage in projects, manage accounts, foster customer relationships, and make impactful business decisions, all under the mentorship of seasoned professionals nationwide.
The Program: Gain Insight into Business Operations
Duration: 3.5–4 Years
Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service (12 Months)
Immerse yourself in the essential functions of the business.
- Handling shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Developing product knowledge and vendor relationships
- Delivering exceptional customer service and counter sales
- Understanding pricing, credit, financial statements, and logistics
- Learning the flow of products from supplier to customer
Phase 2: Customer Relationships & Procurement (12 Months)
Engage in problem-solving and project management.
- Establish strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Oversee larger projects and complex orders
- Interpret blueprints and prepare material quotes
- Provide solutions-focused service
Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales (15–18 Months)
Drive business growth with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and develop key accounts
- Enhance market presence and customer partnerships
- Master proactive, strategic selling techniques
Phase 4: Leadership & Operations (3 Months)
Prepare for a leadership role.

- Transition from trainee to business leader
Your Career Path: Profit Centre Manager
Upon completion of the program, you will be equipped to assume the role of a Profit Centre Manager—managing your own location as if you were a business owner.
