Join our dedicated Facilities team at Clinical & Support Options Inc. as a Maintenance Worker in Northampton, MA. In this vital role, you will engage in a diverse range of skilled and semi-skilled tasks across various building trades, including painting, carpentry, minor electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC services. Your contributions will ensure the upkeep, repair, cleaning, and remodeling of our agency-owned facilities, ultimately enhancing the value of our community.
This full-time, in-person position offers a generous benefits package and typically follows a first-shift schedule of 40 hours per week from 8 AM to 4 PM, with on-call responsibilities based on staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute service requests and minor repairs promptly and accurately.
- Perform a variety of maintenance duties, including electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, and HVAC repairs that do not require a license.
- Maintain tools and equipment while monitoring inventory levels.
- Operate snow removal equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- A minimum of two years of education or training beyond high school in general maintenance or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in general maintenance, with the ability to identify electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are required.
