Role Overview
As a Software Engineer on the macOS team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and scaling Speechify’s core desktop application for millions of users. You will take ownership of significant components of our macOS app architecture, deliver production-ready code, and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams across the organization.

What You’ll Do
- Lead essential engineering and product development decisions for the macOS application.
- Write, test, and deliver high-quality code that serves millions of users.
- Maintain and enhance complex app architecture with an emphasis on performance and reliability.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team, partnering with designers and PMs to bring features from concept to launch.
- Engage in product planning and roadmap discussions.
- Drive continuous improvements in code quality, CI/CD processes, and development workflows.
