Your Role and Responsibilities:
We are on the lookout for a talented Senior Machine Learning Engineer to become a vital member of our High Frequency Trading Technology team. In this pivotal role, you will harness the latest advancements in artificial intelligence to tackle real-world challenges and enhance operational efficiency. This includes developing a production support AI agent that monitors real-time production issues and recommends actionable solutions.
Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our AI research team on various initiatives, such as generating synthetic datasets for training purposes and utilizing Multi-Agent Contextual Planning (MCP) techniques to optimize research workflows.
Qualifications:
- PhD or PhD candidate in machine learning, computer science, or a related field in AI research.
- Proven experience in sequential modeling and time series forecasting using deep learning techniques.
- Solid background in deep neural networks and representation learning.
- Prior experience in a data-driven research environment.
- Ability to translate complex mathematical models and algorithms into efficient code.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience in implementing Agent or Context engineering is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with natural language processing technologies is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
