Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service
- Achieve monthly sales targets for the boutique.
- Plan and distribute targets among team members while monitoring their performance.
- Enhance sales through effective link and cross-selling techniques.
- Deliver exemplary service to all clients.
- Ensure the team is familiar with the PRIDE principles and applies them in client interactions.
- Lead the recruitment of new team members.
- Manage customer feedback and escalate issues as necessary.
- Act as the primary contact for counter-related inquiries and concerns.
- Support the execution of on-counter events and ensure operational excellence.
People Management
- Motivate and manage team members on a daily basis.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance appraisals to foster development.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with the Retail Supervisor and office support team.
Merchandising and Housekeeping
- Uphold hygiene standards by regularly cleaning counters, testers, and displays.
- Ensure the boutique consistently reflects current merchandising guidelines.
- Verify that all team members complete counter checklist duties before opening.
- Ensure the availability of testers and promotional materials at all times.
Personal Grooming
- Adhere to the institutional uniform guidelines.
- Represent the highest standards of LFB image consistently.
- Use only LFB products during work hours.
Teamwork
- Complete tasks assigned by the Retail team collaboratively.
- Work closely with Retail and support teams.
