Your Role:
As a Luxury Brand Evaluator, you will immerse yourself in the luxury sector, conducting discreet assessments of customer experiences while providing invaluable insights that assist brands in enhancing their services. Your responsibilities will include visiting boutiques, making online purchases, and evaluating customer service upon product returns.
