Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers upon their arrival and assist them with vehicle check-in.
- Safely transport vehicles to assigned service and parking locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service drive.
- Support vehicle inspections, fluid top-offs, and essential maintenance checks.
- Provide shuttle services or valet assistance for customers as required.
- Ensure customers experience a smooth and satisfactory process from drop-off to pick-up.
- Collaborate closely with service advisors to facilitate efficient workflow and prompt service delivery.
- Uphold the cleanliness and appearance of customer vehicles upon return after service.
Qualifications:
- A valid driver’s license with an impeccable driving record.
- Competence in driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous automotive or customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
