CXG is a leading company specializing in evaluations for luxury and premium brands. We are currently seeking Evaluators in Teapa.
Your feedback will provide invaluable insights to brands regarding their customer service levels in boutiques. You will assess the external appearance, organizational structure, cleanliness, employee behavior, product knowledge, and sales techniques. This role promises to be engaging and dynamic.

As an Evaluator, your responsibility will be to visit assigned stores under the guise of searching for a specific item. You will only allow the sales associate to assist you and present some models.
At the end of your visit, you won't be required to make any purchases, and you’ll simply exit the store.
Within 24 hours after your visit, you will complete an online questionnaire sharing your impressions of the store's environment and customer service.
This experience closely resembles a typical shopping excursion, with the addition of a questionnaire to complete afterward.
The evaluation is mission-based, allowing you to conduct your visits at your convenience while adhering to our deadlines. You will receive compensation for your feedback.
Please note: Applicants must not have previously worked for luxury retail brands to ensure the integrity and objectivity of evaluations.
