Your Responsibilities
In the role of Low Voltage Service Manager (Fire Alarm & Security), you will be responsible for the daily operations of the service department. This includes managing technician schedules, enhancing field performance, addressing customer service issues, and coordinating installation and maintenance timelines from our Winter Park, FL location.
Manage technician schedules and oversee daily service operations
Lead and support technicians on fire alarm and low-voltage installations
Address customer inquiries and ensure high service satisfaction
Assist with troubleshooting and field support as needed
Maintain thorough service records and job documentation
Collaborate with leadership to enhance workflow and efficiency
Promote training, accountability, and overall technician performance
