Our subsidiary, Triathlon Batteries GmbH, operates state-of-the-art production facilities for traction batteries located in Glauchau/Saxony and Saalburg/Thuringia. As a reliable partner, we guide our clients through all project phases, from initial consultation and planning to the manufacturing and assembly of battery systems.
We are currently seeking a Logistics & Shipping Coordinator (m/f/d) for lead-acid batteries in Saalburg-Ebersdorf to join our team immediately.
Your Responsibilities:
- Creating picking lists, delivery notes, and shipping orders using the ERP system.
- Calculating freight costs based on internal guidelines through cost-benefit analysis.
- Registering shipping goods with freight forwarders.
- Monitoring inventory levels within the ERP system.
- Participating in and conducting inventory counts.
- Managing and filing delivery notes and invoices.
- Communicating with adjacent departments, clients, and freight forwarders.
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial training.
- Experience in logistics and shipping is desirable.
- Initial experience in material disposition.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Fluent communication skills in German, with basic English proficiency.
- Structured approach to work and strong team skills.
