Join our dynamic team as a Logistics and Administration Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating transfers for employees between airports, bus stations, hotels, and other locations in the region.
Planning routes with an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and internal safe driving guidelines.
Managing the utilization of the project vehicle fleet.
Monitoring telematics systems, including speed, routes, driving behavior, and alerts.
Scheduling and tracking preventive and corrective maintenance.
Managing legal documentation for vehicles, such as licensing, insurance, and mandatory inspections.
Conducting periodic vehicle inspections and documenting checklists and non-conformities.
Preparing reports on fleet-related expenses and travel.
Overseeing fuel consumption, mileage, and refueling operations.
Supporting external administrative activities including interactions with notaries, suppliers, public agencies, and document deliveries and collections.
Maintaining organized and updated records in accordance with internal procedures.
Acting in compliance with internal Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
Implementing defensive driving practices.
Reporting incidents, deviations, or risks identified in fleet operations.
