Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate tank wagons and tractor-trailers, adapting to daily assignments as required.
- Work up to 6 days a week depending on operational needs.
- Transport liquid bulk materials securely to and from customer locations within the local vicinity.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Efficiently load and unload tanker trucks, using hoses or pumps while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain meticulous records of deliveries, inspections, and any incidents that occur.
- Engage in effective communication with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the transportation of hazardous materials.
- Consistently meet required mileage or hours to support operational efficiency.
