If you answered 'yes' to these questions, MSX International has the perfect opportunity for you! We are expanding one of our key programs and are in search of automotive technical specialists to assist legal teams with warranty litigation related to automotive issues. Your role will involve liaising with legal counsel for lemon law seminars and performing vehicle inspections to analyze customer issues and repair processes. Daily tasks will include local travel to designated dealerships, reviewing technical cases, and reporting findings to legal counsel while supporting the compilation of legal cases.
Your Responsibilities as a Lead Technical Litigation Support Specialist Include:
- Acting as a subject matter expert in discussions and meetings.
- Evaluating cases based on their technical merits.
- Conducting vehicle inspections to assess customer concerns and repair processes.
- Providing detailed reports on all evaluations and inspections.
