Are you interested in becoming a Lifestyle Manager?
As a Lifestyle Manager, you'll leverage your knowledge and skills to support our clients through various communication channels, ensuring exemplary service for all requests, including restaurant bookings, ticket inquiries, and travel arrangements, utilizing our internal data systems, research tools, and supplier partnerships. Collaborating with our wider team of Lifestyle Managers, you play a crucial role in creating an outstanding concierge experience that consistently exceeds client expectations.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service online, understanding requests and exploring innovative solutions via phone, email, or chat with efficiency and attentiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and chat, adhering to appropriate response times for each channel;
- Open requests, manage processes, and provide resolutions;
- Resolve client requests online whenever feasible;
- Contact external suppliers to facilitate and procure services on behalf of clients;
- Ensure clients are informed of all terms and conditions from our suppliers prior to executing transactions;
- Occasionally support leadership activities as needed;
- Assist with requests from clients of other Ten Global offices;
- Participate in internal meetings and training during work hours. Meetings are an integral part of a Lifestyle Manager's routine.
