The brand collaborates with various creative and marketing partners and is in search of a dedicated Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to implement data-driven strategies and streamline the customer journey.

Role Overview
The Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator will take full ownership of lifecycle marketing initiatives, focusing on building, optimizing, and analyzing email performance across the customer journey. This role transforms customer data into actionable insights, driving improvements in engagement, retention, and revenue through systematic testing and optimization. This senior, hands-on position works independently while closely collaborating with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lifecycle Ownership
Oversee and enhance existing lifecycle email flows, including welcome, post-purchase, retention, reactivation, and abandoned cart sequences.
Ensure consistency in tone and messaging that reflects the brand’s educational and science-driven ethos.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Design, launch, and manage email campaigns and automated flows using Klaviyo.
Develop segmentation strategies and personalization tactics to enhance relevance and customer engagement.
Continuously adjust campaigns and flows driven by performance metrics and customer behavior analysis.
Coordinate email strategies with the overall marketing calendar through established workflows.
Testing & Performance Improvement
Plan and conduct structured A/B tests across subject lines, content, layouts, and more to optimize performance.
